Jellyfish Care and Observation
After several attempts, students kept one group of jellyfish alive for more than 90 days. Daily feeding, observation and tank maintenance required shared responsibility and adjustments when problems arose.

A daily care routine
Students visited Haichang Ocean Park to learn how jellyfish are cared for, then took on feeding, observation and tank maintenance at school. The animals needed attention beyond scheduled lessons.
Adjusting after setbacks
Early attempts to keep jellyfish lasted only three to four days. After repeated adjustments, students kept one later group alive for more than 90 days. They adjusted environmental conditions, worked with live feed and maintained a daily care routine.
A possible next step
Artificial breeding remains a possible next step. Repeated attempts have given students practice in sustained observation, shared care and revising their methods.
