Understanding local learning needs
Students explored how English teaching materials could reflect local stories and classroom needs in Xizang. They began by learning about the teachers and students who would use the platform.
From textbooks to a teaching platform
The team studied textbook materials, incorporated local stories and contributed to platform development. Conversations with teachers and students at Linzhou Middle School helped them understand how the content would be used in class.
Revising in response to feedback
Feedback from local teachers and students guided further revisions. The team explained its design choices, considered different perspectives and continued to improve the platform.
