Game Design and Character Merchandise
When game development took longer than planned, students made merchandise featuring their original characters. They presented the work at a fan convention while continuing to develop the game.

Building a game world together
With guidance from industry professionals, students worked on game concepts, programming and visual assets. Environment sketches and other development work required them to consider storytelling, art and programming together.
Adapting to a delay
When the release was delayed, students made badges, character standees and posters featuring their original characters. They exhibited this merchandise at a fan convention, introducing the characters to an audience while the game was still in development.
Continuing the project
The game was still in development at this stage. Making and exhibiting character merchandise gave students another way to collaborate and share their creative work as development continued.
